Free Flow- Self Compacting Concrete

A concrete that is able to flow under its own weight and completely fill the formwork, even in the presence of dense reinforcement, without the need of any vibration, whilst maintaining homogeneity. Free flowing & self-compacting – Avoids defects such as segregation and honeycombing – Superior surface finish – Better degree of compaction, hence impermeable.

Colored Concrete ( Integrally Color Concrete & Stamped Concrete)

Vast range of colors – Red, Yellow, Black, Terracotta, and White etc made with UV resistant pigments resulting into a durable and decorative concrete. Comparing with other methods of coloring concrete surfaces, integrally Colourcon requires much lesser maintenance and is mo re durable. stamped surface finish available in different shades and patterns. The stamped concrete surface is not just aesthetically pleasing, but also extremely tough and durable. The abrasive resistance of the concrete surface is improved considerably. Stamped Concrete is available in glossy and matt surface finish effect.

Ice Concrete

Ice concrete is often used for mass concrete applications, such as large foundations, dams or bridges piers. Also used for high – strength concrete and specialised construction such as area with extreme temperatures is for specific architectural features. Temperature Controlled Concrete

Temperature controlled concrete is a concrete that is specially designed by lowering the placing temperature with careful proportioning of binder and cooling the ingredients hence enhancing the durability of the structure.

Fiber Reinforced Concrete

Fiber Reinforced Concrete is a concrete with random dispersion of discrete iscontinuous fiber to enhance the tensile / flexural strength of a concrete which is otherwise strong only in compression. Increase in the homogeneity and cohesiveness of concrete, improved resistance against cracking, fire resistance. Option of choosing the type of fiber (Polypropylene – monofilament or fibrillated, Polyester, Steel, glass) rests with the customer.

High Slump Retention Concrete

This is a special concrete designed with properties modified with special PCE based admixtures. It has increased slump retention (3-4 hours), increased Early Strength, resulting into reduction in deshuttering time and reduction in plastic cracking.

High Strength Concrete (M50 – M80 – Upwards)

This is a special concrete designed for grades M50 and above, normally produced by using special binders and admixtures. Such concrete grades also exhibit very high levels of durability. Concrete with micro silica to achieve certain durability criteria also fall under this category.

High Early Strength - PT Slab

This is a special concrete designed for specified early strength requirements. This is normally produced by using special binders and admixtures.

Durable Concrete - GGBS Concrete

Durable concrete is a concrete that is specially designed by careful proportioning of binder in order to control heat of hydration in concrete and enhancing the durability of the structure by using GGBS content 40% and beyond.

Waterproof

This concrete enhances the waterproofing capabilities of a structure as long as plastic shrinkage cracks do not take place. Plastic shrinkage resistance is not in the scope of this product. Two versions of this product are available – integral and hydrophobic. Integral waterproofing compounds can be added in the concrete to enhance its waterproofing abilities. Also, hydrophobic agents which are extremely effective can also be used

DLC - Dry Lean Concrete

This is a type of concrete that has a low water-cement ratio and a high aggregate content. It’s often used as a base course or subbase material in construction projects, particularly for roads, pavements, and foundations.
